My Role:

Visual Designer and Editorial Designer

Designing for clarity and attention

Across Gainsight and GTM Buddy, I designed ebooks, whitepapers, customer stories, and long-form guides that transformed dense B2B content into structured visual narratives.

My approach combined strong hierarchy, flexible grids, typography, imagery, data, diagrams, quotes, and product visuals to make every page easier to scan and understand.

The wider body of work also included one-pagers and CXO presentations, although those materials are not shown here.

Gainsight editorial design

Colorful, human, and approachable long-form storytelling.

Gainsight’s editorial work combined bold color, human photography, playful brand elements, and modular page layouts.

The system made detailed customer success topics feel approachable while maintaining clarity across ebooks, guides, and customer stories.

GTM Buddy editorial design

Structured content designed around insight, proof, and business outcomes.

GTM Buddy’s editorial work used a more focused system of typography, data tables, diagrams, customer quotes, product visuals, and clear content sections.

These layouts helped communicate technical and strategic topics across ebooks, whitepapers, guides, and customer case studies.

The outcome

Across both brands, the goal remained the same: make complex information easier to read, understand, and remember.
